    It is unfortunately not possible to visit the museum at other time periods.

  2. The tickets per time slot are limited, as per COVID-19 guidelines for museums issued by the Chief state sanitary physician of the Russian Federation.
  3. Visitors must observe rules of personal and public hygiene at all times during the visit. Visitors who refuse to comply with those rules will not be admitted to ROSPHOTO.
  4. Wearing masks (or respirators) and gloves is mandatory. Visitors who fail to observe this rule will be denied admission. We recommend wearing disposable gloves and using hand sanitizers located before the entrance to the exhibition halls and at multiple other points in the museum.
  5. Tickets for each exhibition must be purchased separately.
  6. Discounted tickets are available for those eligible for reduced admission.
  7. Access to exhibitions is by pre-purchased tickets only.
  8. We recommend arriving to ROSPHOTO no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of the booked time slot and no later than 20 minutes before the end of the booked time slot.
  9. Visitors must keep 1.5-meter distance from other visitors and staff throughout the museum, including exhibition halls and waiting rooms. Families and other social units should keep 1.5-meter distance from others as a single unit.
  10. To access exhibitions, visitors must show electronic tickets (printed or on mobile devices) to the administrator. If you have purchased free or discounted tickets, you must show appropriate documents confirming your right to a reduction.
  11. To make your visit safe, the museum is cleaned and disinfected daily. Between the time slots high-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, air circulation is increased, and air disinfection is conducted.
