The State Museum and Exhibition Center ROSPHOTO will host the XIX International Wildlife Festival "Golden Turtle". It will bring together the works of the world's best photographers who capture the wildlife.

The exhibition at ROSPHOTO, the venue for the main project, will feature photographs by participants in the Golden Turtle International Creative Competition in the most striking nominations: Animal Portrait, Landscape, Animals in their Habitat, Animal Behavior, and Underwater World.

Each photo is the result of inspiration and skill of the photographer, telling a unique story of a successful frame. Conceived or accidental, it certainly reveals one of the nature’s secrets to the viewer.

An extensive public program is planned within the framework of the festival. The famous photographers — Konstantin Shatenev, Sergey Savvi, Anatoly Kochnev and others — will share their professional experience at creative meetings, from the emergence of ideas to the creation of original photographs.

The festival is also accompanied by a film program. Visitors will be able to watch films about wildlife from Roszapovedtsentr and the Russian Geographical Society, which organized the 1st All-Russian Documentary Film Festival "RGS Unites Friends".

For two months, the best films about travel, ethnographic and geographical discoveries await the audience and guests of the Golden Turtle festival. All films were shot with the participation or support of the Russian Geographical Society.
