Online and offline lectures
David Waterworth, Curator and Researcher, University of Greenwich
This lecture focuses on the phenomenon of the personal archives that we all generate daily on our cell phones, adding to the broad matrix of the world's digital archive. Drawingfrom the ideas of visual culture researcher Walter Benjamin, the lecture investigates several digital personal archives and offers to apply detected trends to the cultural context of publicity.
